Weekly Menu Plan–September 8, 2013

I ran around all day thinking that it was “National Banana Nut Bread Day”, only to find out I was wrong.  It is “National Date Nut Bread Day”.  Doh!  I planned to share several different recipes for gluten-free banana nut bread, ranging from simple to more complex.  After thinking about it I decided not to let that stop me.  Why?  Because it’s my blog and I can share if I want to.  Enjoy!

And, once you have banana bread, you can make Banana Bread French Toast


Moving forward.  The menu plan for the week.

Sunday – Gluten-free spaghetti and meatballs with salad

Monday – Chicken breast, baked potatoes and salad

Tuesday – Beef tacos (corn tortillas) corn and salad

Wednesday – Take-out

Thursday – Burgers, sweet potato puffs and salad

Friday – Pizza night

Saturday – Breakfast for dinner
