Hope that you are all having a fabulous, gluten-free Valentine’s Day! Aaron and I went out last night for our special dinner and I think that I may have gotten glutened! ACK! It has been a long time since this has happened and I don’t miss it one bit! We often eat at the restaurant we went to last night, so I don’t know exactly what went wrong. I think not knowing what made me sick is worse than being able to pinpoint it. I did have something different, so I would love to assume that it was the new entrée so that I can just stay clear of that next time. I am finally starting to feel a little bit better- 18+ hours later.
Do you have any special plans today? I will be enjoying some Dark Chocolate Truffle Hearts from Trader Joe’s later this evening. Baked Ziti would be a great idea for Valentine’s dinner –
