Have I ever told you all how much I love Caribou Coffee? Not only do they have a rockin’ cold pressed iced coffee, but the baristas are some of the nicest out there. After pouting about Starbucks and my pumpkin spice latte, I found that Caribou had one on their menu, so I sent an email to check the gluten-free status. Let me share the email that made my day yesterday:
