Here we are in August. I can’t believe the kids go back to school in 23 days. No counting down going on around here! 😉 This week is Hannah’s birthday week. Her birthday isn’t actually until Friday, but she had a party with her friends yesterday and we are having a family cookout on Saturday. I can’t believe she is going to be 8!!!
Sunday – Filet mignon, baked potatoes, steamed green beans & salad
Monday-Pesto salmon (new recipe – share later), brown rice, roasted root vegetables & salad
Tuesday-Spaghetti with roasted vegetables and salad
Wednesday -Mexican – burritos or soft tacos, refried beans, corn & salad
Thursday-Perfect Pork Tenderloin
Friday -Hannah’s choice – her actual birthday!
Saturday-Cookout – burgers and grilled chicken, veggie tray, salad, chips & salsa and fruit
Baked Goods
Dessert or cake of some sort (Hannah will get a non-GF cookie cake for her cookout)
Blueberry corn muffins
