Hot off the presses guys! I just got my April 2010 VegNewsletter and they reviewed the new Larabar flavors that will hit stores later this year – Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip & Chocolate Chip Brownie! They all use Fair Trade vanilla & cocoa. If these are anything like the PB & J, I will be in heaven! I love how the PB & J flavor really does mimic a PB & J sandiwch. One of the great joys of veganism is eating uncooked cookie dough without the worry of salmonella poisoning. Yes, it’s rare for any of the VN staff to actually bake a batch of cookies, despite our best intentions. The dough is just too tempting! Of course, eating your own weight in cookie dough isn’t exactly what we’d call the healthiest way to start your day, even if it is one of the most enjoyable. The solution?
